Who this agreement is between#
These terms are an agreement between you and T2IG ("T2IG", "we", "us"), the operator of t2ig.com and the creative tools on it. By creating an account, buying credits, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.
If you are using T2IG on behalf of a company or team, you are confirming that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
Your account#
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. The service generates photorealistic images and video, including of people, and is not intended for minors.
- Give an email address you control. We use it to sign you in, to send receipts, and to reach you about your account.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- One account per person. Creating additional accounts to collect repeated free credits is a breach of these terms and of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Tell us at info@t2ig.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
You can browse and try parts of the studio without signing in. Work made in a signed-out session is held against a browser session rather than an account, and can be lost when that session ends — sign in if you want to keep it.
Credits — how they work#
Everything in the studio is paid for with a single currency: credits. The same credit buys an image, a video, a voiceover or a song — what differs is how many a given model costs, which is shown before you run it.
Where credits come from
- Packs are one-off purchases that top up your balance: 1,000, 3,000, 7,500, 20,000 or 50,000 credits.
- Plans are monthly subscriptions that add a set number of credits to your balance each billing period: 2,200, 5,500, 13,500 or 33,000 credits depending on the plan.
- New accounts receive a small starting balance so you can try the studio before paying anything.
What happens to them
- Credits are deducted when a generation is accepted by the model provider. If a generation fails before it runs, the credits are not taken; if it fails after it has run, they have already been spent with the provider and we cannot always return them — write to us and we will look at it.
- Pack credits do not expire while your account is active, and they roll over from month to month.
- We do not distinguish between pack credits and plan credits in your balance. Pack credits remain after a plan is downgraded or cancelled.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except through the refunds described below.
Plans, billing and renewal#
Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are never stored on, or seen by, T2IG's servers. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and selected regional wallets through Stripe.
- A monthly plan renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel it. Each renewal adds that plan's credits to your balance.
- A yearly plan is charged once a year and renews automatically on the same date each year until you cancel it. Its credits for the whole year (12 months) are added to your balance when the year is paid, and cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the year already started. Credits already delivered stay in your balance.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are; Stripe collects it where required.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short period. If it keeps failing, the plan stops and no further credits are added — the credits already in your balance stay there.
- If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email before the change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling, and refunds#
Plans: cancel a paid plan within 7 days of starting it and we refund what you paid, minus the value of the credits you have already used. After 7 days there is no refund, but you keep your credits and the plan simply does not renew.
Packs: unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. A partly-used pack is
refunded pro rata. Email info@t2ig.com.
- You can cancel a plan at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove credits you already hold.
- When a purchase is refunded, the credits that purchase granted are removed from your balance. If you have already spent some of them, the balance can go to zero but will not go negative.
- Outside the 7-day windows, refunds are at our discretion. We would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something that did not work — ask.
- We do not refund credits spent on generations that ran and produced a result you did not like. Model output is not deterministic; that is the nature of the tools.
What you make, and who owns it#
You own your prompts and the outputs you generate, to the extent they can be owned. We do not claim copyright in them.
To run the service we need a limited licence from you: permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit your prompts, uploads and outputs for the purpose of operating the service for you — generating the work, storing it in your library, and delivering it to your browser over our content network. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in routine backups, which age out.
We will not put your work in our public showcase, marketing or model training without asking you first.
Be aware that the law on copyright in AI-generated material is unsettled and differs by country. We cannot promise that an output is protectable, or that it does not resemble something else. You are responsible for checking that what you publish is yours to publish.
What you may not do with it#
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It covers, among other things, sexual content involving minors, intimate imagery of real people without consent, impersonation and fraud. Read it: a breach of it is a breach of this agreement, and the consequences there apply here.
Third-party models and providers#
T2IG is a studio built on top of other people's models. Depending on what you run, your prompt and any image you upload are sent to the provider of the model you chose — which currently includes providers of the Flux, Ideogram, Imagen, GPT Image, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Wan and Runway families, and ElevenLabs and OpenAI for voice.
- Those providers process your input under their own terms and policies, and may apply their own content filters. A refusal from a model is theirs, not ours.
- Models appear, change and are withdrawn on their providers' schedules. We will keep the catalogue current and price changes visible, but we cannot guarantee any particular model stays available.
- Where a provider's terms are stricter than ours, theirs apply to the work you run on their model.
Availability and changes to the service#
We work to keep the studio up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and failures happen. Features marked beta or experimental may change or be withdrawn.
If we retire a feature you have paid for in a plan, and no comparable replacement exists, write to us and we will sort out the credits.
Your content on our systems#
Your generations, uploads and project files are stored so the app can show them back to you, and are delivered through a content delivery network. See the Privacy Policy for how long things are kept and who touches them.
We may remove content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, and we may retain records of a removal where we are required to.
Disclaimers#
The service is provided as is. AI models produce output that can be wrong, biased, unoriginal or unusable, and they do it unpredictably. Nothing generated here is advice — not legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind — and it should not be relied on as a statement of fact.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, T2IG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid T2IG in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your responsibility to us#
If a third party brings a claim against us because of what you generated, published or did with the service, and it arose from your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Suspension and termination#
You can close your account at any time by emailing info@t2ig.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is being used to defraud us or a payment provider, or where we are required to by law. For a serious breach — in particular anything involving sexual content of minors — we will close the account immediately, without refund, and report it where the law requires.
Where the breach is minor or looks accidental, we would normally warn you first.
Changes to these terms#
We will update this document as the service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
