Yes. Unused credits roll over month to month, and the credits already in your balance don't expire while your account exists — including after you cancel, and including on the free tier. Cancelling takes nothing away from you.

Packs are top-ups that add to whatever balance you already have. They never expire as long as you have an active account (free or paid). Great for occasional heavy months without upgrading your whole plan.

Yes. Upgrading is instant and we prorate the difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle, and your existing credit balance stays intact.

Pick Yearly and you pay for 10 months to get 12. You are charged once, and all 12 months of credits are added to your balance right away, not drip-fed monthly. The plan renews a year later until you cancel, and cancelling stops the renewal while you keep everything already delivered. Credits in your balance don't expire while your account is active. The unused part of a year already started isn't refunded. Already subscribed? You can move up any time in the app, from monthly to yearly or to a bigger yearly plan. You pay only the difference for the time left, and we show you the exact amount and the extra credits before anything is charged. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Moving from yearly back to monthly is handled by email at info@t2ig.com and we'll sort it out.

Every new account gets 300 free credits once, with no card needed. That is your trial, so we don't run separate trials on paid plans. If a paid plan turns out to be wrong for you, email info@t2ig.com within 7 days and we'll refund it, minus the value of any credits you have already used. A refund is a different thing from cancelling: a refund returns the money and removes the credits it paid for, while cancelling just stops the renewal and leaves your credits alone.

In the app, in about fifteen seconds: your account page → Cancel plan. We show you the exact dates first, ask once more, and then cancel it with Stripe on the spot — you'll see it confirmed before you leave the page. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you've already paid for, nothing is charged on renewal day or after, and every credit in your balance stays yours. Change your mind before the period ends and there's a Keep my Subscription button waiting in the same place.

No — and you don't lose anything either. The period you're in is already paid for, so you keep the plan and its credits right through to the end of it. We don't refund the unused part of a period you've started. If you think you were charged in error, charged twice, or bought more than you meant to, that's a refund question rather than a cancellation one: email info@t2ig.com and a person will sort it out. Bear in mind a refund also removes the credits that payment bought.
