Acceptable Use Policy

T2IG makes photorealistic images, video and voices of people. That is powerful, and it is abusable. These are the lines, written plainly, with no room to argue about what was meant.

The short version#

Do not use T2IG to make something that hurts a real person, deceives someone into a decision they would not otherwise make, or breaks the law where you or they are. Everything below is an example of one of those three.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, uploads, generated output, and anything you publish from it.

Children#

No sexual, suggestive or exploitative content involving a minor. This covers generated and real imagery, photographs you upload, text, and audio. It covers content where a subject is depicted as a minor, whatever is claimed about their age. There is no artistic, educational, satirical or fictional exception.

Accounts found generating this are closed immediately and permanently, without refund, and reported to the authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where the law requires it.

Real people#

Generating a convincing likeness of a real person is easy here, which is exactly why it is restricted.

Harm and dangerous content#

Deception and fraud#

Elections and civic process#

No generated content depicting a candidate, official or election authority in a way that could be taken as a real recording, and no content misstating when, where or how to vote. The risk of being wrong here is somebody losing their vote, so the bar is "could a reasonable person mistake this for real", not "did you intend them to".

Hate and harassment#

Other people's work#

Do not use T2IG to reproduce a copyrighted work, a trademark or a recognisable character in order to pass it off as your own, or to sell it. Style is not ownable; a specific protected work, logo or character is. Where you have the rights — your own brand, your own art, a licensed property — go ahead.

Using the platform itself#

How this is enforced#

What happens depends on what was done.

Model providers apply their own filters on top of this policy. A refusal you see in the studio may be theirs.

Reporting something#

Email info@t2ig.com with a link or a description. If you are the subject of content made here without your consent, say so and it goes to the front of the queue.

If you think your account was actioned wrongly, reply to the notice you received and a person will look at it again.
